About This Event

Meet us at the Witte Museum for Black Tie Affairs Catering & Hope Hits Harder's Super Bowl Bash watch party! Enjoy a full open bar, catered buffet dinner, snacks, and silent auction. 

Buffet menu: 

  • Station 1 - brioche hamburger sliders, grilled jumbo hotdogs, crispy corndogs, chicken tenders
  • Station 2 - mesquite smoked brisket, kiolbassa sausage, ribs, smoked chicken, homemade potato salad, cole slaw, creamed corn
  • Station 3 - homemade corn tortillas, beef picadillo, chicken guisada, refried beans, Mama Ojeda's homemade pork tamales, chili con queso
  • Station 4 - bacon wrapped chicken diablo, mini beef wellington, large shrimp cocktail, seasonal fruit and berry platter, domestic and imported cheese platter, garden veggie platter
  • Snacks - bottomless popcorn, regular & peanut M&Ms, peanuts, packaged mini chocolates, trail mix, assorted nuts
